RUSH: New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio gave his State of the City speech and finally said the words liberals have always wanted to say.
Here’s the quote from Mayor de Blasio’s speech: “Brothers and sisters, there’s plenty of money in the world. Plenty of money in this city. It’s just in the wrong hands!”
Mayor de Blasio promises that he will correct that problem. In his new term, he will take money out of the hands of those who don’t deserve it — the top 1% — and put it in the hands of those who deserve it more.
Now, with the money he takes from the “wrong hands,” de Blasio will create a single-payer health care system. He’ll expand paid leave for private employees. And more. And the rich will pay up, whether they like it or not.
All New Yorkers of means oughta be packing their bags right about now. You have been targeted as scapegoats, and your elected progressives won’t stop until they destroy you, because you don’t deserve what you have. You haven’t worked hard for it. You’ve probably stolen it or gotten it by some other means, and they’re coming for it. — and they’re making no bones about it: It is not yours.
