If Trump Didn’t Want to Win, Why Was He Supposedly Colluding with the Russians?

RUSH: If, as Michael Wolff alleges in this book of his, that Donald Trump did not want to win the presidency, never intended to win it, in fact, actively wanted to lose, he was running for other reasons, and if his wife, Melania Trump, never did believe that they were gonna win and was assured by her husband not to worry, he wasn't gonna win, he wasn't serious about winning, so upset she was crying on election night, could somebody explain to me why, then, Trump was colluding with the Russians to steal the election from Hillary Clinton?

Rush 24/7 Stack of Stuff

RUSH: No longer is this just gonna be a long list of stories that I might mention on the program. Now, you will get specifically the stories that I talk about on the program and a select list of a few others that I intended to get to but ran out of time. It's going to be more of a real-time base feature rather than just a generic list of places that I go to prep the show.

Rush 24/7 Morning Update: Believe?

RUSH: I don’t believe the Drive-Bys. I don't believe their polls. I never have and I really don't want to ever again. Just ignore 'em, folks. You'll be happier!

Who’s Smart and Who’s Dumb?

RUSH: I have long held, ladies and gentlemen, we need to redefine "smart" in this country. Because there are a lot of stupid people who do a lot of dangerous and dumb things. And they are considered the smartest people in the world… Let me give you a side-by-side, A-B comparison to give you an idea of what I mean.

Nuking the Wolff Book

RUSH: I think with these people in the establishment, it's all personal. They're personally affronted. They're personally offended. And so they lash out at Trump, and they're hopelessly incapable of understanding who he is and how he operates because they have no connection with real people in this country anymore.

Didn’t Everyone Know Sloppy Steve Was the Leaker?

RUSH: One of the things that I happened to mention yesterday was that everybody knows, or has known, that most of the leaking coming out of the White House had been Steve Bannon. You'd be stunned at the number of people who knew. Everybody knew this, and I by no means was the only one saying it… But you wouldn't know that if you're watching Fox & Friends today because, apparently, I'm the only guy who's made this public!

El Rushbo, the Hot-Rodder?

RUSH: It was my first car, 1969 Pontiac LeMans, it was one step down from a GTO, which meant it didn't have as hot an engine and it didn't have as cool a grille.

Day 4, 2018: America’s Anchorman Returns!

RUSH: I intended to be off today and tomorrow, but the staff begged me to come back. Broadcast partners begged me to come back. Who else, taking a much-needed, two-week break, would be begged to come back when not much is going on? Me.

Everything I’ve Heard About What’s in Wolff’s Book

RUSH: I can just tell you that some of the things that I have read, the excerpts in that chapter in the Michael Wolff book that was excerpted… Some of it is in direct contravention to what people quoted in that book said to me about things.

Conservatism, Not Populism, Wins for Trump

RUSH: When Trump gets in the least trouble is when he does conservative things. The more conservatism in Trump's agenda, the more popular he becomes, the more support he ends up having and the greater success he enjoys in implementing his agenda.

The New York Times Tries to Save the Russia Investigation

RUSH: The Media/Democrat Party investigation into collusion between Trump and Russia has fallen apart — it is hanging by a thread — and the evidence is last Saturday's New York Times. The New York Times has done a 180.
