This just cleared the EIB News Wires.
“U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Acting Director Tom Homan confirmed on Thursday that a man arrested in connection with setting a fire” that would be arson, for those of you in Rio Linda “in Sonoma County Wine Country is” wait for it: dadelut dadelut dadelut dadelut “an illegal alien from Mexico who has been twice returned to his ‘home country,'” for those of you in Rio Linda, that’s deported, and he came back.
“Homan also confirmed that ICE has issued detainer requests for Jesus Fabian Gonzalez five times now in the past year alone, including the one issued on October 16 in relation to his most recent arrest on suspicion of arson. All of the arrests were made ‘by Sonoma County on various felony and misdemeanor charges,’ according to Homan. Sonoma County is” dadelut dadelut dadelut dadelut dadelut “a sanctuary jurisdiction and does not fully cooperate with federal immigration officials.” So a wanted illegal immigrant living the life in a sanctuary state, sets a fire in Sonoma County that does great damage to wine country.
And I’m not going to say anything else.
I don’t have to.

RUSH: Okay, may have to do a correction here. And unlike the New York Times and other Drive-By Media outlets who bury their corrections and correct their mistakes, we herald them. It doesn’t happen much, so it isn’t that big a deal. Remember the story from earlier in the program, and it was a Breitbart story that said the director of immigration, the ICE director was saying that the wine country arsonist is an illegal alien Mexican.
The story read this way: “U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Acting Director Tom Homan confirmed on Thursday that a man arrested in connection with setting a fire in Sonoma County Wine Country is an illegal alien from Mexico who has been twice returned to his ‘home country.'” This is a Breitbart story, by the way. “Homan also confirmed that ICE has issued detainer requests for Jesus Fabian Gonzalez five times now in the past year alone.”
Well, the correction comes from the Sacramento Bee, headline here: “Sonoma Sheriff Shoots Down Right-Wing Reports Linking Arson Suspect to Wine Country Fires.” The sheriff I guess here is named Giordano. He said, “There is a story out there that he’s the arsonist in these fires,” meaning the illegal immigrant, and the sheriff says, “That’s not the case. There’s no indication he’s related to these fires at all. … I wanted to kill that speculation right now, so we didn’t have things running too far out of control.” Breitbart published stories on the Sunday arrest of Jesus Gonzalez from sheriff’s deputies arrested on a single count of arson.
So we looked into this, and it is the only story on it, the one from Breitbart here, and as best I’ve been able to tell or we’ve been able to tell it doesn’t link to an actual statement from Director Homan at ICE, so I’m just giving myself a warning here, folks, that this story could have been erroneously reported or mistakenly, whichever it is and pass that on.
I generally have trust in Breitbart. But the story isn’t anywhere else, and now there’s a denial from the Sonoma County sheriff in the Sacramento Bee claiming that it’s not the case. In fact, I could have not mentioned this and then tonight the whole thing blown up and I could have said, “Yes I did. I corrected it,” and never did and would have demanded that they prove that I didn’t. But that’s not the way we do things here.
