A Massachusetts Immigration Revolt?

by Rush Limbaugh - Jul 25,2014

RUSH: Here is Mike in Lynn, Massachusetts, as we head back to the phones. Welcome, sir, to the Excellence in Broadcasting Network.

CALLER: Cigar-smoking, tea-drinking dittos, sir.

RUSH: Well, thank you very much. It’s great to have you here.

CALLER: All right. I have an announcement. There’s going to be… Well, remember in 2010 there was a huge rally in Boston Common where it all began back in the in early 1700s, if you will? Sarah Palin was there and numerous guests. Lynn, Massachusetts, for the last year and a half, has been a dumping grounds for illegals mainly from Guatemala. Now, the mayor, Judy Kennedy, is gonna be speaking there, and this has been orchestrated by Jeff Kuhner of WRKO radio. It’s gonna start at 11 o’clock tomorrow ’til one, and they’re expecting many, many of thousands people, believe me.

RUSH: Now, wait.

CALLER: Yes, sir?

RUSH: Are you telling me, Mike, that the vast majority of Obama supporters in Massachusetts are opposed to the Guatemalan kids being deposited in the commonwealth?

CALLER: Not the Obama supporters, sir. (laughing) The supporters of the Constitution maybe, but not Obama supporters.

RUSH: Really? So the Obama supporters there have no problem with this?

CALLER: I’m not sure because I don’t talk to very many supporters of Obama, because it’s like talking to a doorknob.

RUSH: I know. No, no. I understand. Massachusetts — God bless you guys — is not a place that you expect to see people protesting Democrats in such large numbers. So God bless you. More power to you. But I wouldn’t be surprised. Of course, it won’t be reproted, but this is something. This dumping of these kids coming here, the vast majority of places are not hip to this. You may be surprised at who shows up at your rally. I hope you are. I actually hope you are. But good luck with it.

BREAK TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: Lynn, Massachusetts, is fighting back — and let’s not forget, folks, one of the reasons we he would be against King George is because he was forcing the people of Massachusetts to board British soldiers. So the people of Lynn, Massachusetts, have a long history of refusing these kinds of demands, which led to our independence.
