RUSH: I had a wonderful day yesterday here in Palm Beach County, Florida, at PGA National. Ernie Els had his annual Els for Autism Golf Tournament here. He does a series of them across the country during the spring and summer months to raise money for autism. It was a great time. I was in Marvin Shanken’s (Cigar Aficionado, Wine Spectator) foursome. Greg Norman was the pro in our group. And the mayor, Rudy Giuliani. Yeah, the mayor. We had a blast.
