RUSH: Marco Rubio on Fox this afternoon said that the French and the British deserve credit for leading on the fight that resulted in the death of Moammar Khadafy. He said, “Well first of all, today’s not a day to be pointing fingers. I’m glad it’s all working out. Ultimately it’s about the freedom and liberty of the Libyan people. But let’s give credit where credit’s due, it’s the French and the British that lead on this fight and probably even lead on the strike that lead to his capture or to his death.”
“Rubio said President Obama ‘did the right thing’ by bringing the US into the multinational intervention effort in Libya but ‘he just took too long to do it.'” Just took too long to do it.

RUSH: Obama’s not late, he was right on time, right when this show started. There’s no way he was gonna start at two o’clock. A, he’s never on time. B, he walked out as soon as the show open began for this hour. There’s no coincidences in politics. Everybody knows what’s going on. We’re rolling tape. We’re not gonna JIP this. In fact, the president has just said something profound. He said, “Today we can say the Khadafy regime has ended.” A profound statement from the president. Did you know that?
