HILLARY: Today we start the hard work to restore our standing and enable our country to meet the vexing new challenges of the twenty-first century, but also to seize the opportunities —
RUSH: Today? Today?
HILLARY: — that await us.

HILLARY: We must be smarter about how we exercise our power, but as I said this morning upon entering the building: the heart of smart power are smart people.
