CALLER: Hi. Nervous, honored first-time caller.

RUSH: Great to have you here. No need to be nervous. As you can tell the way other callers are treated, I’m the politest host in America. You’ll be fine.

CALLER: What I was thinking that I talked to the guy about is that do you think that because Hillary Clinton has so much, she knows where all the bodies are buried in the Democratic Party and the Republican Party, because I really believe that we’re to the point where there isn’t anybody in Washington that’s not in each other’s pocket, whether it’s Democrat or Republican. We can’t get anything pushed through, anything done by the Republicans, ’cause they’re just as bad as the Democrats. And she knows everything about everybody. Her and her husband have been in there for so long that —

RUSH: Look, here’s the thing about that. I know that the stories of the Clintons and the 900 FBI files and that was true, but if Hillary knows where the bodies are buried, then how did Obama beat her in 2008?

CALLER: I think they made a deal.

RUSH: Well, now, where does that kind of theorizing stop? What was the deal?

CALLER: Well, you know, they wanted Obama in there, and —

RUSH: Who’s “they”?

CALLER: Republicans and Democrats, the powers that be, the people that run this country. I think that’s why Trump, we both know that’s why Trump is doing so good, because he’s not one of them. It’s the same with Sarah Palin. She wasn’t one of them.

RUSH: Well, wait a minute. How do you know? How do you know that Trump’s not a creation of these people just to distract us?

CALLER: It’s just a feeling. I just don’t think he is. I think that he honestly has been part of it. I think he’s probably paid for everything he’s wanted to do, but now that he knows, you know, he knows how the game’s played and he sees what it’s done to the country, and I think he’s to the point where he’s sick of it. I mean, I could be wrong, but —

RUSH: Okay, then if these people, if the “they”, if Hillary Clinton knows where the bodies are buried, if Hillary Clinton has so much power over everybody, they lay down and let her do what she wants, how come she can’t stop Trump?

CALLER: Okay, I don’t know. Because — I don’t know.

RUSH: You know what this is? I understand the Clintons and the 900 FBI files. I understand the Clintons get away with everything. But I’m telling, it’s like I’ve always said, she is not superhuman. She puts her pants on one leg at a time like all the other guys do. She does not have any hidden source of power that allows her to achieve whatever she wants to achieve by threatening anybody else that might get in her way. Otherwise she would already be president.

She wouldn’t have willingly suffered the humiliation of being tossed aside by a veritable we never heard of him young guy who had never been in politics before. And I doubt that she would sit idly by and allow people to construct a phony e-mail scandal making her look like an utter criminal. This is my point. We’ve got to get over — and you’re not the only one; I mean, there’s a lot of elected Republicans that have it, too — this inordinate fear of this woman. There’s no reason for it. It’s a great motivator sometimes, but it can also shut you down. And that’s what it’s doing to too many people.

RUSH: I’m just gonna tell you, I don’t think Hillary Clinton is half as smart as her reputation, and I think she cares about one thing, aside from the power, and it’s money. You look at these e-mails about Benghazi that they found. They’re all about trying to get her buddies deals and business in Libya. She’s a crony and she’s obsessed with wealth.
